香港基督教工業委員會（Hong Kong Christian Industrial Committee, HKCIC）是一個以基督教信仰為基礎的非營利組織，成立於1968年。工委會致力於為香港勞工群體提供支持和服務，以期改善勞工福利、促進社會公義。本會關注勞工權益、工傷及職業精神健康等議題。

▋本會現正在招聘項目幹事一名。

1. 職責

· 參與實地外展工作，接觸外賣員、清潔工、護理員及其他行業的勞工

· 協助有關工友處理工傷及其他勞資糾紛個案

· 協助開展本地工作待遇、工作與精神健康的倡導工作

· 撰寫、編輯報告、文章，用於傳媒或社交媒體

2. 入職條件

· 學士學位或以上（具神學/宗教或社會科學訓練優先）

· 良好中、英文書寫及溝通能力

· 良好團隊合作技巧和獨立工作能力

· 接受彈性工時（偶爾需於晚上及假日工作）

· 對香港勞工議題有興趣

· 有民間團體工作經驗者優先

3.  工作待遇

· 5天工作，每星期工作40小時

· 12工作日有薪年假

· 醫療及旅遊保險

· 僱主額外5% 強積金供款

Hong Kong Christian Industrial Committee (HKCIC) is a non-profit organisation based on Christian faith, founded in 1968. HKCIC provides support and services to Hong Kong's labour community with a view to improving labour welfare and advancing social justice. HKCIC focuses on issues such as labour rights, occupational injuries and mental health at work, etc.

We are currently recruiting new staff for the following position:

Program Officer

1）Responsibilities

-To conduct on-site outreach to food delivery couriers, cleaning workers, care workers and workers in other sectors in Hong Kong

-To support the relevant workers in cases relating to occupational injuries and labour disputes

-To assist with advocacy activities regarding local working conditions and workplace mental health issues

-To draft and edit reports and articles to be disseminated on social media and/or through the press.

2）Requirements

-Bachelor degree or above (religious/theological or social sciences training preferred)

-Good Cantonese and English writing and communication abilities

-Good at both teamwork and working independently

-Able to work flexible hours (may have to work in the evening or during holidays from time to time)

-Interested in labour issues in Hong Kong

-Experience in civil society groups is an advantage

3）Conditions and benefits

- 5 days and 40 hours of work per week

- Paid annual leave of 12 working days

- Medical and travel insurance provided by HKCIC

- Extra 5% of MPF contribution by HKCIC
